I'll post a few portrait examples ASAP from a wedding I went to recently... it's really sharp and produces great 'bokeh', but then again you all knew that...

Thanks a TON for your valuable suggestions.

I have decided to go for Tamron 28-75mm. The review is great and the pics are amazing..

Lets see how it goes.. I will keep you all posted :-)

Could anyone suggest me a must have filter(UV or polariser) to protect the lens and keep the glare away ( :lol: there is no sunshine in UK but in case..). Also which is a good buy for 400D in terms of case/bag...small and enough to hold 400d and lens.

BTW, I have ordered San Disk III extreme 2GB Compact flash..

Any online resources for learning 400d or best to learn the hard way :-)
