Want a fast telephoto? 425mm f/1.44!!! Image circle of 52mm greater than full frame size (43mm) so maybe it'll even fit on some medium format kit. It's also corrected into the near infra-red too.

Small snags are, there is no price listed. I think if you have to ask, you can't afford it. Also, at 41kg I'm not sure it's hand holdable. And it probably isn't corrected for focusing at anything other than infinity either.
