Whats the auto focus speed like on the above lens, and what is the image quality like as well?

I can't comment on image quality, but since it has HSM it should be fast autofocus.

That's not guaranteed. HSM is usually quieter and faster than traditional micro motors, but it's never guaranteed. Case in point, Sigma's 18-125mm OS HSM and Canon's 70-300mm IS USM. These are still very slow focusing despite having a HSM/USM focusing motor.

The best thing to do would be to Google search for this lens and see if anybody has written a review.

I haven't found a video review about it, looks pretty compact for having 200mm. Does anyone have it?
