Hello. I've just recently become interested in macro photography. I have a Nikon Coolpix P100 and I'm trying to get all the equipment I need to take great photos. I'm very new to photography and anything pertaining to it. After reading many reviews on the Raynox DCR Macro Lens, I decided to buy it but not doing ALL the research I should've, I found out it doesn't quite fit. I'm just wondering what all lenses I could get for this camera? Or if there's something else I can get that would allow the Raynox lens to fit?

Thanks in advance for any help!! :)

nikon p100 cant change the lenses since it is not dslr or evil camera but rather superzoom compact, so for macro you will have to go into macro focus mode and use that you got..

Hello Kaykay007, and welcome to the friendly Camera Labs forum!
To enjoy your stay here please have a look at the house-rules!

Sorry to hear that you bought something not fit for use with your P100. As the p100 can go as close as 1cm to your subject, there should really be no need to get special macro-equipment. Have you tried the close-up mode?
