The Nikon has a better IQ plus stabilization (very practical esp. under available light!) over the respective Sigma 70-200.
Ad if you already own the 35/1.8 I'd suggest to complement this with a 70-200 or the Nikon 70-300 VR.

what is the better lens 24-70 f2.8 or 70-200 or 300 f2.8? Sigma is the brand i am considering because of the cost

Well, as all three lenses cover different focal-lengths and thus photographic tasks I'd strongly suggest the 70-200 as complement to your 35mm lens.
