Went out nice and early to try and capture some nice scenes but as the sky is featureless and grey, I took out my old macro lens and went to see what I could find with it. I was pretty much concentrating on the macro feature of my 60mm lens and it brought one particular thing to light.

ALWAYS USE A TRIPOD WHEN SHOOTING MACRO!

It's amazing how very slight a movement can totally throw your focus out when you're really close up to an object.

Anyway, managed to capture this little insect, of what it is, I have no idea. It's still not really sharp, which goes back to my previous point.

USE A TRIPOD!
