Or at least that's what I'd have thought if I was the butterfly's predator.

It was actually huge - the butterfly. About the size of my hand.

Meh. I wish the butterfly was in the bottom half of the image now.

Thanks for the positive comments! I used my trusty 18-200. No cropping on this occasion. I think I got lucky this time!
