I went for a wander round my local conservatory this afternoon on the off chance, and saw these amazing parrots!

1/40 sec at f2.8. 80mm on my 80-200mm. Reasonably sharp for handheld on this tank of a lens! I think I might be looking for the VR version fairly soon.
