It's not a new photo, but stil nice, I think.
I took it in the Ngorongoro crater in Tanzania.

This one just killed a Zebra. It is a 100% crop and I did some sharpening.
It is in Serengetti, Tanzania.
I wished I had had a bigger zoom....

The lion, the king of the jungle!

Lions are really nice animals, not like nice i want to pet them. I think they just looks so strong as an animal!

Thanks for sharing the shots, not everyday you get to see a loion

Great series, Hans! I hate to say, but I like the action one with the zebra. Well captured, great use of light and interesting to look at..nice to see them without bars, at the zoo...Dad looks a little rough, but I would guess it is a hard life...drought, and all...

Thanks for putting this series up, I sure enjoy these nature ones...
