Camera Labs

We made a trip to Dundee this weekend and paid a visit to the lovely animals at the Zoo/Park. All shots taken with my 400D

This snowy owl was so cute, I believe he was looking straight at me. All of these shots were taken through a fence with about a 1 by 2 inch sqaure mesh fence.

F4.5 , Shutter speed 1/400 , Focal length 96mm , ISO 100



There was three wolves in the enclosure but the other two were way behind at the back of the enclosure, this guy was quite chilled laying near the front. The shade under his chin is the reflection I caught from the fence ( electric )

These guys were in love, they followed each other around, a bit hard to track them with the camera. I walked around the rest of the park and then came back to them and was rewarded with this lovely shot. I believe they are Linx cats.

That owl reminded me of someone sat at a bar who's had one drink too many! Great shots!

(I'm also guessing that's not Dundee, Scotland - unelss it's changed a lot since I was last there!)

The wolf and the cats appear very cuddly

Thanks for the comments guys. I do have some more owl shots...........I just love the little ( big ) birds. Gordon it is indeed Dundee Scotland, a changed place these days. The park where these were taken is very spacious, the animals are treated like royalty it's just a wonderful place to be.

awww...the wolf..look at that..such a wonderfull creature...and teacher

wonderful shots, O. I am partial to the feathered friends, too..and you caught him beautifully...love how his feathers are tipped, and that stare...whew!!
