My husband and I went away for the Australia Day long weekend and stayed at a camp site which had loads of kangaroos and wallaby as permanent residents. C&C welcome.

Normally such peaceful creatures...

These guys had a battle for supremacy.

A shot too beautiful to miss. This young child was the only person a wallaby would allow to touch her. I spent quite a lot of time shooting the two of them interacting.

We also took a trip to a small zoo.

Here is a red panda trying to keep cool during a hot summer day.

And a rare white lion. I couldn't quite get rid of the chain link fence that was between the lion and my camera.

And a giraffe.

The composition of the images are very good, only thing i feel is that the shutter speeds should have been a bit fast. There are hints of motion blur in the first few it seems.

Anyways good attempt.
