I used manual as AF was too wobbly as any movement made it want to lock elsewhere. Anyway, this was the best shot, and I'm really happy with it.

I couldn't get close to these. They would fly away while still joined if I tried getting too close. Using 28-300mm at 300mm f/10 1/250s ISO400. 50% crop, bit of highlight reduction and sharpening.

I don't think I was at min distance for this shot. Getting that close to an insect before it decides to disappear is kinda tricky.
