Hi Darrin,

that's a very nice shot indeed. The "tears" are crisp and the leaf looks very soft. Good composition and lines and a subtle color-scheme.

Now what's a "Voigtländer Ultron 40mm f/2 SL-II" ?

A very nice manual focus pancake lens manufactured by Cosina. It has a CPU so all metering features are available even on the D40. It comes in Nikon and Pentax mounts. Photozone reviewed the Nikon version a while ago.

Now thats a beautiful shot, the leaf looks almost velvet, I love the water droplets they are crystal clear.
