Nor do I have a lens - but none the less, I still took some shots. Please comments specifically on the two bee shots if nothing else.

I like them, the 17-50 does a nice job of isolating the subject. My only criticism is of the bee shots is that the bees are a bit dark. Maybe consider using a flash.

i am with maxji if u can post up so flash to fill a bit it would make the bee more stand-out with a nice yellow color. :)
