 Post subject: Katydid?

i just came back from the Amazon, and i have this photo of this bug. my googling as led me to believe it is a Katydid. does anyone know for sure?

Well I do not know what exactly it is. However, I love the photo. Very sharp and good control of DoF. Plus that sky looked like it was such a beautiful day. I think the only thing I don't "like" is the bottom left with the extra part of the rail :?: But other than that I really like it! Any more shots from the trip?
