The pics seem to be 100% crops from the original, are they?

D800+assorted lenses

The ones with the spider are crops, resized to about 50%. The original ones are sharp too, especially the second one.

Fortunately, the web was placed on the side of a machine that was painted white / bright cyan and so it was like having a reflector pointed at the spider's back.
