*thud* Ran out of working distance and hit it, which made it hide in its shell XD Note the "ring" on the eye is due to the ringflash and not due to the eye itself.

There was also a little slug or whatever it is further out I also took some shots at...

Poor snail is probably blind from the flashes. Whats infront of the slugs mouth? Awesome pictures. I will keep my eyes peeled to see if I can contribute to your snail/slug pictures

Over a year late, but that slug or whatever it was eating that... whatever that was.

Forward to yesterday, went down the park after the rain showers which bought out the snails.

Great shoots, the low mag ones have great composition and the high magnified ones bring interesting details.
