Camera, Fast Lenses and a slightly overcast day so there isnt any harsh sunlight.

ISO 200 most of the time @ f/2.8 or f/4 indoors, basically anything goes in terms of aperture out doors, although I like to use f/2.8 or f/4 outdoors too.

Indoors, shutter speed needs to be fast, 1/100th to get a sharp photo of anyone becuase people are not still life =/ Crank up the ISO, a grainy photo is better than a blurry one!

Basically just try to get different angles.

May I ask if how much you used the 70-200mm?
