That last one could do with a crop.. i hope you dont mind but i did the crop for you to show you.. here..

I think this looks much better.. do it to your original photo cause when i uploaded this on flickr it was only 228kb and thats super small.. btw im deleting it off my flickr as soon as you see it.. does this photo disappear on here if i delete it off my flickr??

No problem.. not that you saw it ill remove it off my flickr.. you should do the same to your original photo.. it draws the attention towards the people not the blown out grass which just draws away from your photo.
