Will it be dark? Stay as long as possible with available light (i.e. don't use the onboard flash). Just crank up the ISO to 1600.
Shoot Aperture Priority with max aperture (=smallest number=3.5) to single out persons and get the shortest possible shutter to avoid motion blur. And support your camera well / keep it super-steady.
Zoom in to focus on single people, show their facial expressions.
Be unobstrusive: keep a distance (thus zoom in) and don't use flash

If the pictures look good on ISO 1600, and motion blur is within limits, try a lower ISO like 1250 (not sure if a D60 can do that).
Caus you will have less noise in your pictures and if the motion blur still is good, quality will be better.

good luck!

This isn't by any chance, like that film "jezus camp" is it?
In that case my advice would be to keep away from there :P

Don't be wimps ppl - jesus camp is where ya have all the fun. Last time I went I had 4 gf's. Just adopt a starry glazed-over look and say god bless a lot (or something cool). And carry one of those mini-bibles so it's easy to stash when things warm up.
