Another day, another seller, more onions.

I saw the interesting light on the stacks of onions as I approached but didn't see the stall keeper until I got much closer. That was the icing on the cake for an environmental portrait. This is just what the 2/35 Distagon is really good for and shooting with. Colour and black and white:

Your color shots are silky but I'm afraid I really really really prefer your B&W shots, they have such a great feel to them.



I think it must be the light and the skin colors and textures you achieve (it just really works) ! Another great shot. I wish I could achieve results like this in B&W. Great effort.

Got some of the gear but really still no idea...

Really nice shots, but I agree with robbon44, your B&W results look quite nicer.
By the way, in my opinion, the B&W shot looks a little flat, maybe if you boosted the contrast a tiny bit, it'd look better
