Put your hand in front of the monitor, them you moved the Notepad window over your hand "like a boss". <- Important part

I think I know how you did it.
1. Take a picture of your hand in in front of a monitor.
2. Save image as background on a larger monitor. (It's a bit easier)
3. Move a notepad document over your palm.
4. Take a second picture or use print screen. The Moire is kinda freaky so I think you took 2 pictures.

i think hes got it
1st pic is your hand over your screen
thenu set it as your backgroud and photographed your screen which explaines the lines all u did was crop in so screen boarder and probly on camera not in post.
