Camera Labs

I met this guy at a local festival and we got talking about his tats and i said that I would love to photograph him so I did we talked about how he thought of himself and his tats so I did this pic of him I liked it. He e-mailed me and i sent him the pic ( i was not sure if he would like it you never know what type of reaction you will get) well to make a long story short he loved it and actualy called me and he wants me to do a full body ( he has about 70% of his body done) my question is what is the best way to do it I was thinking of a full lengh mirror behind him the second question is how do I handle it as a sale. I think the pic will be good but if I sell it to him do I keep the rights to it i would love to use it in my portflio. Any help would be great
