It is composed with two shots;
one with me in the shot, with an empty bodle of wine
and one with the me pooring cherry juice to a bowl.
And i edited with photoshop.

Both shots have a flash with an umbrella at the left side.

It is a fantastic shot I must say

one tip though

a nice reflector could have been placed to your right to allow a less harsh shadow. IMHO these types of photos look good only with a completely blank background or else it just becomes a distraction.

I deffinatly agree with you elijahschaffer but i did everything myself so i just focus on the composition. Next time i will deffinatly keep that in mind =)
