I like the first one very nice work.
Question i know that in a conversational setting crossing your arm is bad body language would that idea translate to a photograph? Just a question I have been wondering about for a while

Good job, I really do like the first one as well. I think that the second is too bland, no body language, simply a classes head and shoulders shot.

In my opinion, crossing your arms means that you're serious, and that you're ready for business.

@whiteyez - Main light is a White Lightning x1600 going into a PLM. Background light is a White Lighting x1600 with a reflector. Silver reflector camera right.
