No need to make multiple threads on the same topic, this is also in the wrong section.

Right click on the photo in Flickr and select copy image location. Paste that URL in the message body of your forum post, select the whole URL and click the "IMG" button above the message body box.

"Copy image location" works for Firefox, your browser may vary slightly.

Alternatively:

In Flickr, above the photo click "Share this", then click "Grab the HTML/BBCode" and select the BBCode radio button (round check box). Choose your image size and then copy all the text in the textbox and paste it here.

wrist has been suitably slapped ;) sorry, am new here, will figure it out, but here is my pic, which I am rather pleased with, but as I say, very open to C.C-this os my very first DSLR and I have only had it a couple of weeks so be gentle with me !

Not a wrist slapping, just letting you know. :wink:

It's a very nice shot, I especially like the catchlight in his eye. Tricky thing to capture outdoors.

I personally would pick a warmer white balance for any kind of portrait that isn't sombre even if it isn't perfectly representative of the original scene. That's a matter of preference though.
