Had a chance to shoot League510 (featured on MTV, VH1 and ESPN) recently. Lighting assistants weren't able to work so my father ended up being my assistant for this one.

All photos are a mixture of ambient lighting & 2 Olympus FL50R flashes shooting into a Westcott Apollo 50'' softbox. They're triggered via Cybersyncs.

Do you find the Cyber sync setup to work well? Just as well as the pocket wizards?

@ Anel-slo: I am in a low position. The softbox is being held over me, slightly camera left. It is leaned slightly towards the group.

@ Slick3358: The Cybersync system has been working great. Initially I used the Cactus V4, but it mainly just worked in my house. I used the Yongnuo CTR-301P and RF-602 and they were both okay but I had some issues with misfires. The cybersyncs so far have been excellent both indoor and outdoor and sync @ 1/320 with the Olympus E-3 and E-30.
