I like them - I presume the one at the top is after lifting the weight? It's a great expression and adds a lot to the first one which by itself would have been a normal portrait.

Pretty good shots. I didn't think an image with that lighting could be that sharp. Did you do any photoshopping?

But I think it would benefited with another flash so that the face expression is not dark on the 2nd shot.

I didn't use a flash and I only have the built in flash.

Sorry Bart if my earlier post was confusing.
I had meant to say that if another flash was used for bounce flash, the facial expression may be clearer without shadows.
Unless of course, it was intended as such.

PS - sorry :oops: for the mistaken identity.

lol, you should see the ClanTemplates forum!

Suddenly every 10-20 year old on the forums (About the entire demographic of the forum mysteriously enough!) has a 6 pack, massive muscles and pecks ... considering most of them spend more time on CT than they do sleeping, I find this hard to take in lol!

As for the shots, as said before the facial expressions really make these a lot better, and an exernal falsh would help, or simply putting a white sock (heh, it works!) over the pop up flash to diffuse the light a fair bit!

Yeah a little, I increased the blacks in the picture quite a bit to make it more dramatic. A bit like in 300 where there's overhead lighting and high contrast to make the spartan's muscles really bulge out if you know what I mean :)
