Post process in Canon DPP increase in saturation and using linear curve. But the clouds is there and I didn't change the colours.
This the same part of my area which appear in quick sunset shot post...just a different evening..:)

I'd make the bottom totally black, getting rid of those lights.

OR

if there are more lights there, level them up a bit so we can see them all.

Amazing Clouds though :D

I didn't noticed that actually. It could be from highway lamp post as I tried to crop as tight as possible when shooting the scene. It just a 2 mins jobs over DPP (linear curve).
