Interesting, in my opinion the kite surfer is detracting from the photo as mentioned by eos550D you are not sure what the subject of the image is (chair or surfer). Have you tried a crop without the surfer in the shot?

Thanks guys for the coments, I really needed feedback
keystrokesuk, you have a point and now I see more clearly that you may be right. I've taken many shots with this chair, and many whithout any kite surfer in them(those were all over the place) , but I didn't like the composition in those.

Love it! I don't think the kite flyer distracts at all , but adds some life. The only thing I might have done is to crop out the very darkest cloud up top, just a bit, as the lower cloud looks brill. Great composition.
