Good shots from both, nice to see on our first day of summer. Can you tell me why the light blue tinge is in some shots.

@rage. As a scouse, I remember snow being white, confirmed that 2 years ago whilst in Canada.

A lot of these seem slightly underexposed to me. The snow will throw off the metering system of the camera, so you have to shoot in manual mode or dial in an exposure compensation of +1/3 or +2/3. (These only seem slightly underexposed to me. I would guess +1/3 would do it.)
