Warth Man, great subjects and beautiful exposures.
Got a little more leg room for that last one?

On the last snap- that carving or one like it, was used in the movie DaVinci Code and was I believe attributed to Rosalyn chapel. I gather this snap is from Salisbury- how old is the carving? The second snap- those appear to be roman tiles around that window?
EDIT
Some spelling fix ups.....

Hello Mr Cliff. Thank you for the comments.

That particular side of the cathedral was apparently completed in about 1265. This gargoyle has been restored by a sculptor called Jay Battle. It is called "Agony of the biting imps." Unfortunately I have no pic taken from a greater distance but it is definitely on Salisbury Cathedral.

The tiles used in the gable end also feature in other older houses in that particular square, which is adjacent to the cathedral and probably housed some of its personnel originally. I am afraid I do not know the provenance of the tiles. They could have been made at the time of building but it is also well known in the UK for such things to be reused. Perhaps someone else can help?

+1 to the above, oz has nothing like the architecture in the UK and Europe and the artwork inside, 200 years and it's classified old here.

Cheers
