ive got my camera bag now its a nova 3 AW thanks for the replys just a week till the big day (hah fun fun) lets hope i get some good photos =]

Ah I love Switzerland, was there for 4 weeks on business last year.

I like think tank bags. Very good for airport travel, as well as around town without standing out like you have a lot of $ inside of it. I use the thinktank Urban disguise 30. It fits my body with a 28-135 lens attached, the 18-55 and a 70-300mm (which is a POS and I never use it). With plenty of pockets to go. They run about $130.

FYI.. I found a polarized filter worked great at reducing the glare from high altitude snow.

Hi Husky, snowy landscapes can be a funny thing. Traditionally they fooled cameras into underexposing slightly, giving a dull result. The key was to apply a little positivie exposure compensation - we discuss this in this video tutorial at our sister site DSLR Tips.

But then I've just returned from a snowy place where my camera consistently overexposed! So I had to dial in a little negative compensation!

The key is to realise snowy scenes can cause some exposure issues, so keep an eye on your images - and check the histogram (see manual) to see if you've got a good exposure. If it looks too bright or dark, you can adjust it as required.

One thing I found useful to photograph a snow scene when I went to Switzerland was to set the exposure by monitoring off the blue sky.

heh thanks, i might put my images on but im quite worryed about people copyrighting my images, i might but i dont know at the moment just busy really might post a few of them on =D
