Going on a trip to Russia (Moscow, St. Pete, countryside) and was planning on bringing a 10-24mm (for landscape & architecture) and a 50mm f1.4 (for low light). Am I going to regret not having a telephoto? My other lens option is a 70-300mm. Or I may be able to borrow an 18-200mm

Thanks in advance.

Why don't you bring all your lenses and leave them in your hotel. Then pick what lenses you want for the day and take them. :D
