One thing i can think of at the moment...

1. The city line is smack in the center of the photo... (rule of thirds)



That blue light on the left is bright!!! haha nice.

I can understand why you have composed the photo as you have, to capture the reflection of the blue building on the left.

The building on the far right could be cropped out, as it is not completely in the frame, and the blue building on the left could be burnt a little in photoshop.

Great viewpoint - maybe a better time earlier in the evening (I don't know the direction compared to the position of sunset) could still capture the lights and reflection, while maintaining a bit of detail in the background hills and give a bluer sky. Of course that would mean a shorter shutter speed resulting in choppier water in the shot, so an ND filter could bring back that longer shutter.

I would prefer it more cropped on the top and bottom. kinda panoramic-ish.

I actually like the horizon dead central.

Its a great picture, I think maybe the colours are a little vibrant for my taste, Id lower the saturation but thats just me

I would forget perspective in skylines if I were you but I'm not so I'm just saying.
