#3 is it a vine or something else like a brandy or something. I remember when I was a kid my neighbor in Serbia got a brandy from somebody with king cobra in it, since I was 14 at the time I didn't drink (I am twice as old now and still don't do it) so I didn't try but my dad tried it and he said that it was not bad. But if I had a chance I would try this now just to feel how does it taste, it should be cool.

Thanks for the comments.

Nelepl - the snake wine is a rice wine with additions. The common varieties include a pickled snake, pickled gecko or pickled crow! There is a shop apparently that sells pickled wildcat wine and even pickled bear wine!

It's all to do with the Vietnamese custom of eating and drinking certain foods and drinks to cure various ailments.

Who knows what you must be afflicted with to consider drinking something with a bird in it, winking at you!
