Photographing in the conditions that you have described is not always easy, as the sky can be very bright and overcast. I think that you might need to check the exposure of your pics with the sky in to see if the highlights were clipped, as you seem to be loosing some details as result. As you have shot in RAW this is easy to remedy, and is one of the beauties of shooting with a 'real' camera.
I love the view of the village with its red roofs, looks very French. Again, it may be overexposed though. When shooting pics like that, try to ensure that distractions such as the small fence and the path are out of the shot OR shoot from a lower angle and include them as an integral part of the picture.
I really like the last picture, of the ships hull.
