Well lets see;
1; crop is too tight. How many car shots have you seen cropped this tight?
2; get the car somewhere interesting. If there's nowhere interesting, maybe try getting a sunset in there. Probably won't work though as you'd need an off camera flash. Sunset behind, off camera left/right.
3. Middle of the day light isn't very flattering
4. I'm not a big fan of borders. I'd just stick with a black one if it were me at most.
Btw, take my CC with a pinch of salt. There's no one way of doing something.
