Hey guys, here are some pics a few weekends ago of my wife and I's weekend trip to the Smokies in North Carolina. Scheduling and iteneraries prevented me from taking more pictures of different locals than I wanted to, but I did manage to get some decent shots.

My shots taken with the E-510 and ZD 14-54mm f2.8-3.5, here are some highlights

Those are some nice photos. I really like the ones with the curvy roads and paths. Also the shot of the mountains is great.

Lovely set, I'm a particular fan of your first image; it's all just beautifully balanced.

Beautiful shots.........Nice use of sun and the long shadows.
To me #1,7,14 and 18 really stand out but they're all great.

Wife and I went thru that park a few years ago...She'll be interested in seeing these pics.

Cheers....

Thanks for the comments guys. We went on a guided hiking tour, that unfortunately we're not allowed to bring expensive type equipment (ex. DSLRs), due to liability or something like that. So there are P&S pics I uploaded on myspace. I also wanted to take pics of the local farm structures, but my wife refused for me to stop and pullover lol.

Very impressive. I particularly like #2-3-4!
