Which is a better choice?

The Pentax DA 12-24mm f/4 AL ED [IF] or the Sigma AF 10-20mm f/4-5.6 HSM EX DC?

The 2mm difference could really make a difference in some circumstances like interiors where you couldn't stand back any further.
