I heard a rumor about that there are some less expensive slave flashes and after searching a while I found the Morris Mini Slave

Have anyone used theese or something similar?

Have just looked at the link to this product and it has a guide No of 16 which is only just a bit more than your built in flash on your camera (Canon EOS 40D,400D,350D) all have a guide No of 13 so don't think it would much good unless it was used up very close to subject.

Thanks for that comment as I almost forgot to consider how powerful they are. It is my plan to use it as secondary lighting and they have some more powerful ones as well.
