A few suggestions:
-Level your horizons.
-Don't cut ducks out of the frame unless it's a headshot.
-Get a more interesting subject.
-Frame the interesting subject using the rule of thirds.
Like this:
When photographing birds turn the mode dial to Aperture priority, zoom in, compose and set the lowest aperture you can so the background blurs and the bird is the only thing in focus, making it stand out.
Also, some of your pictures look a bit dark. Maybe add +1EV depending of darkness.
And finally, try taking landscape shots at sunrise or sunset. You get many more reflections and colors.
