Bonsoir,

No doubt a white dSLR would create a lot of buzz around Pentax. Well done, Pentax :!:

Some point-and-shoot would-be customers would now consider a dSLR. The fact is, the K-m is pretty small, so it's a good idea :)

Personnaly, I stick to my old-fashioned black K10D

to my opinion it is not very good move from pentax..
i hope to be wrong..
but.. ok you buy it.. and even with those two kit lenses.. what's next.. when you attach a different lense it becomes stupid.. body's white lense black..

or some photo enthusiast who likes k10d's picture quality and would like to have it.. buys it as a special camera for a collection.. of course he uses it with better lenses which are not white..

to my opinion they should have come up with something more original...
that wouldn't contrast that much with black lenses..

golden stripes.. or black pearl... or something...

It's been called the 'stormtrooper edition' at some other website. Couldn't think of a more appropriate name myself

The more i look at it the more I think it should be labeled "zebra or panda" instead of Pentax White.
