Well, here is a commercial in National Geographic magazine.

Features:
-9 AF doble cross central points (f/2.8)
-10 AF wild area assist points
-Total 19 AF points
-5fps
-24.6MPx FF
-3" LCD HD Hybrid
-Dual Bionz 2
-Intelligent Preview (?)
-OVF 100% and 0.74X

NOTE:
-The commercial say: "Exclusive" and I don´t will wait a Nikon D3x soon.
-The central AF point in a700 is the best in the market, X9 is better
-The Nikon D3 has OVF 100% and 0.7X, the a900 has 100% and 0.74X. Canon 1Ds MIII has 0.76X
-I don´t know what is the Intelligent Preview... maybe LiveView.

Interesting... I haven't really looked at any FF camera before so have no idea how this compares.

Wonder if they had to put two processors in there as one isn't fast enough to cope with the image data it'll generate? :D

Considering that amount of information, it seems similar to the 1Ds Mark 3 as both are seriously packing sensor pixels that are well above 20mp

It's too small for a FF camera ;)

try to compare with this.It looks small because it doesn't have a vertical grip attached to it.........

the lens on it could be the anticipated 16-35mm f/2.8

I'm an Olympus man but I thought I would post this link to Stuff Magazine's website with their take of the A900

Guess it's real. The article linked says that it'll be on sale on the 9th of September which is coming soon.

Sorry to break it to you, but that's a 24-70 CZ, certainly not a 16-35mm.

Sorry to reply this late to such interesting threads like these. Again, I had to work friday and saturday  .

The lens on the spotted photo, I think, is also the 24-70mm. The lens hood looks identical, very short and wide. But who knows, maybe it was the 16-35mm?

The Sony Style price at this moment is 2999 euro's, but this is usually a lot higher than what the final price on the market will be. Who knows, perhaps once a few months have passed, I'll be able to buy the thing.
