:( Sony ship the NEX5N without any mention of firmware :(

Out of the box i have the same hopeless menu i had with my NEX3 :?

I find links for firm ware form photo blogs 9not this one though) i use the link from e zene or DP review which gets me to a sony site page with "choose a product for firmware" it says "firmware for ALL sony NEX"

Click on that link & sent to a page to choose region (language) click UK or France or USA all then open a page showing sony products

Choose nex which takes me to the last page where i can choose manuals product info BUT NO firmware :(

Please :) Dose anyone have a link to firmware for the sony NEX 5N ???Please

And dose anyone know which the latest version is????

It's still v1.0. No firmware updates have been posted. You can monitor this page for updates:

:D Thanks  Feel better

If id had a 5N to try i would not have bought one yet :? My NEX3 is in many ways a better user experiance and one third the cost

I did wonder if i should wait untill sony produced a NEX5N with anti tremble built in(to the body not lens)

If i hadnt an NEX3 the NEX5N is amazing its very very good even though the menue is still a bit odd :?

Sony will not build a NEX-3, -5 or -7 with SteadyShot Inside. There just isn't enough space in there to make the sensor move like in the DSLRs/SLTs.
