That's a relatively "old" rumour. Poke around that site for newer news. A new 7 series body is inevitable, but as the old saying goes, don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Certainly one to keep an eye open for. If they have upgraded the SLT further to its potential from the existing models, it should be a very good one. Maybe even enough to tempt me back! LOL let's wait and see...

I'd be cautious abut the pricing though, as I've been burnt before by their failed promises *cough*A850/A900*cough*, although that was just as the global economy imploded and messed up the exchange rates so I can let them off...

I don't buy the price either. $1,099 sounds a bit lean for what could be the second coming of an APS-C Camera as described (imagined) by sonyrumors.
