Found this on Youtube. Haven't really seen much videos with the Zeiss 135 and it was a lens I was considering at one point. Still would like to have it though, but maybe next year.

It really is a nice looking lens. Now, all that's missing from youtube is the Sony 300 f2.8 and the Zeiss 85mm.

I tested this lens with a900 in Japan, when I was there last january.

Like Bjorn said in his own SADD review, it is very nice lens that really makes you drool about.

Even though it doesn't have SSM, I think that it focuses realatively fast, compared to other sony lenses that all so uses cameras drive screw. Or then I just was drooling it too much about it's optical quality

You'll see a video of the second one in a few weeks!

The focussing is not bad at all. I tested it on my own A700, and it focussed a lot quiter than I expected. On the A900, of course, it'll do even better!

Thanks for sharing the video!

Nathan, Leonard (primitive) didn't film the video, though I'm sure he wish he had!

The cheapest price for the 135mm Zeiss on Pricegrabber is $1479.-.
