Portrait photography is what I mainly use my camera for at the moment, so I want to invest in some quality glass for just that, portraits.
But which lens is better for portrait photography? Speed isn't a requirement, I plan to get the 50mm f1.4 or 1.8 for gig photography.
As far as I see it, the situation is, increased focal length, Vs. superior image quality. The increased focal length is very handy, means more versatility, and it will probably do for all my portrait requirements, where as with the CZ I may find my self having to change lenses to get a longer length part way through a shoot.
Thanks in advance.
