I have had my Sony A200 for almost a year with just the 18-70 kit lens.

I hate to say this but the camera has always been used in auto or portrait mode. main reason is because I don't really understand the functions of the camera (or any SLR) to be honest..

anyway, i'm about to purchase either a beercan or Tamron 70-300 lens and want to put some more effort into the camera and learn the basics!

over the last year I have had a play with manual setting and have changed a lot of them around.. can I reset the camera somehow to factory default settings so I can start afresh ?

somehow I'm also getting 3 pictures of the same thing in manual mode with one shot too

Reset to Default

In my book it's on page 116. Just go to the Menu screen and follow instructions.
