Last off topic thing: I realise every lens has field curvature, but why would photozone.de mention it only in their Nikon 24-70mm and not in (most of) the other reviews? My guess it's a more serious problem in the Nikon lens...

Let's get back on topic!

popo,

I completely agree with you there. There is nothing wrong with the CZ lenses, my confusion is to do with the community rather than the product itself. There seems to be lot of hype around the fact that it's a Zeiss lens when in actual fact, it's just a normal lens, good at what it does, but nothing special.

Nothing wrong getting a great lens, yeah I agree (maybe all of us). But zeiss make lens for compact cameras and mobile phones... (So the clients think its an amazing device). Hope you understand my feels like a rugby ball (was doing autocad the entire day)...

Some Sony gear on display. Not much in there, just minor glimpses at the new cameras and lenses.

Ever wonder how big the A900/A850 is?

Well wonder no more! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POUD4rQQNKc&feature=related.

The thing is a monster! Larger than the D3 with the vertical grip!

Don't mind the reviewer though, he's just nitpicking.
